Yesterday at 1541 hours the Seaford Fire Dept was alerted for an auto accident with a motorcyclist down at the intersection of Sunrise Hwy and Washington Ave. Units on scene treated and transported 1 patient to the hospital.

Yesterday at 0733 hours the Seaford Fire Department was alerted to an MVA at the intersection of Merrick Rd and Seamans Neck Rd.

Last night our members attended night number 2 of Department Operations at the Nassau County Fire Service Academy.

On Saturday August 8th, Seaford’s Ladder 683 was requested to assist the South Farmingdale Fire Department at a working house fire.

Today at approx 1330 hours the Seaford Fire Department was alerted to assist the Plainview Fire Department at a large brush fire on Winding Rd behind the Nassau County Fire Service Academy.
