Seaford Ladder 682 Assists South Farmingdale Fire Department
Along with still answering wires/transformer alarms due to the aftermath of Tropical Storm Isaias, the Seaford Fire Department also responded to a confirmed car fire in the CVS parking lot on Friday evening August 7th. The quick response and extinguishment averted a much bigger fire due to full gasoline can in the rear of the car.
On Saturday August 8th, Seaford’s Ladder 683 was requested to assist the South Farmingdale Fire Department at a working house fire. Members of 683 worked as an additional truck company and were on scene for approximately 2 hours.
